These were removed from a brand new truck that had custom seat covers installed. They are the factory charcoal color (appear black) with the grey stitching as shown. They are original Ford and in very nice condition with some wrinkles from being boxed up as you can see in the photos (file photos). The second to last photo shows a little damage around the head rest holes from removal that will cover once installed.

A nice set to replace your worn out seat covers or to put away for the future. NOS, or new old stock does not mean the part is mint or even perfect!
