This is a Beautiful Seat upholstery cover set that is made just like the original GM seat upholstery. It has the seat belt holes stitched in just like the original GM seat covers.

It has a few tiny staple holes that are on the back side of the seat cover. I bought it off a display wall from one of the aftermarket truck companies. These small holes will not affect the seat in any way. It is a very beautiful seat upholstery set.
